The Phoenix library is a collection of mutants generated in Staphylococcus aureus strain Newman, using the transposon bursa aurealis. A list of mutants and plasmids used to deliver bursa aurealis is made available to users (see documents on right).
Requests for strains or plasmids should be initiated using this web site.
